CU DIRECT
In 2019 through early 2022 I consulted with CU Direct, a company that specializes in technology and solutions for credit unions, dealers, and lenders. Over three years I worked on a wide variety of projects and initiatives, including:
- UX and UI Design
- Information Architecture
- User Research
- Usability Testing
- Design Team Direction
- Content Strategy
- Copywriting
I CAN'T SHOW YOU... the work here because everything is under a strict NDA.
The projects I worked on at CU Direct were either internal organization initiatives or not-yet-released proprietary software.
...BUT I CAN TELL YOU that I worked on complex B2B and B2C mortgage loan application software, auto loan software, admin setup software, and membership
setup software for desktop and mobile. I led several user research and usability testing projects and led the company in establishing and evolving its user research practice.
I completed extensive work to establish, standardize, and document the company's product tone and voice, including implementing CU Direct's new product tonality across
multiple products and product suites.
During the final stages of our engagement of almost 3-years, I spun up two major product design practices at CU Direct: User Research and Content Strategy.
